Trinidad and Tobago Rio 2016 Olympics  Delegation leader – Chef de Mission, Dr Ian Hypolite has announced that Defending Olympic Men's Javelin champion Keshorn Walcott will have the honour of carrying the Trinidad and Tobago Flag and leading the Trinidad and Tobago delegation in Tomorrow 's Opening Ceremony at the Maracanã Stadium.

Trinidad and Tobago’s rower Aisha Chow took to the waters at Lagoa Stadium in Rio de Janiero, Brazil, yesterday to continue her training ahead of her Olympic start on Saturday. Her manager, Merryl See Tai, in an interview with Newsday, said they are hoping things get a bit rough for her rivals when rowing begins.
