The Trinidad and Tobago Olympic Committee and Commonwealth Games  Federation (TTOC/TTCGA) wishes to extend a heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Ephraim Serrette on appointment as the new President of the National of Association Athletics Administration for Trinidad and Tobago (NAATT). His election was confirmed following the recent General Elections held yesterday 30 November 2024 at Five Rivers Government Secondary School.

President Serrette, who currently serves as one of the TTOC’s Vice President’s, will lead a new team of executive members that includes;

  • Paul Voisin - 1st Vice President;
  • Michelle Stoute - 2nd Vice President;
  • Jehue Gordon - General Secretary;
  • Dexter Voisin - Assistant Secretary;
  • Davina Washington – Treasurer;
  • Cuquie Melville – Director;
  • Michelle Alleyne-Pennie – Director;
  • Kelsey Toussaint-Reid – Director;
  • Donelle Stafford – Director and
  • Sherwin Joseph – Director.

Serrette, a proud alumnus of Fairleigh Dickinson University, has been a distinguished athlete who represented Trinidad and Tobago at prestigious events such as the NCAA Championships, CARIFTA, CAC, Commonwealth Games, and the Pan American Games. His extensive experience and leadership both on and off the track have made him a well-respected figure in athletics.

Having previously from 2007-2021 as NAAATT President, Serrette brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and a deep commitment to the continued development of athletics within Trinidad and Tobago.

The TTOC/TTCGA would also like to take this opportunity to thank the outgoing NAAATT executive committee for their dedicated service and the significant contributions they have made during their tenure.
